Not a work event? See our party DJ hire for birthdays and private functions, or DJ hire in Perth for everything else.
We are based in Perth and cover the greater metro area as standard, roughly 80km from the CBD. Bookings further out, such as the South West, can be arranged by agreement with travel costed into your quote.
Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
Corporate DJ packages start from around $1,250 for a four-hour event, covering the DJ, a full sound system and a wireless microphone for speeches. If your venue or AV company is already supplying sound, a DJ-only option is available for less. The final price depends on your hours, the venue, the guest count and any extras such as lighting or MC support. Every quote is itemised, so it is easy to put through for approval.
As early as you can. Christmas and end of year parties are our busiest corporate dates, and Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from mid November go first. If your date and venue are locked in, it is worth enquiring straight away, even if the guest count and run-sheet are still being worked out.
Yes. We speak to the venue before the event about bump-in times, access and any restrictions, and we work to your run-sheet on the night. Where a venue or AV company is running the sound, lighting or screens, we plug into their system and take our cues from whoever is calling the show.
Yes. Send us the award categories and any songs you want for particular winners or presenters, and we will have them cued and ready. We can also suggest walk-on music if you would rather leave it to us.
It depends on the brief. Most corporate events start with background music that suits a mixed room, then move to well-known songs across a few decades once people are ready to dance. We ask about the audience, the tone and anything to avoid on the brief call, and we adjust on the night based on how the room responds.
Yes. We cover the Perth metro area and up to 80 kilometres around it as standard. Regional events, such as the South West, are available by written agreement and may include travel and accommodation costs, which are itemised in the quote.
Yes. We cover the brief on your event call and align the music to your brand, clean, modern, and appropriate throughout, with the energy lifted when the brief calls for it. Corporate events have a much wider range of tolerance than a private party, so knowing whether the room wants a restrained backdrop or a genuine dance floor at the end changes what we play from the first track.
Yes. We supply wireless microphones for speeches and presentations as part of the event setup where required, and we sound-check them before guests arrive rather than during the first speech. If you have multiple speakers, or a lectern positioned away from the DJ setup, tell us in the event brief and we will plan the placement around it.
Setup timing is agreed with your venue during the coordination stage and is built around bump-in access rather than a fixed rule. We arrive with enough margin to set up, sound-check, and test microphones before guests arrive, so nothing is being adjusted while the room is filling. Pack-down happens after the event at whatever time the venue requires.
