We are based in Perth and cover the greater metro area as standard, roughly 80km from the CBD. Bookings further out, such as the South West, can be arranged by agreement with travel costed into your quote.

Certified Entertainment's party DJ packages in Perth start from around $1,250 for a four-hour party, covering the DJ, a full sound system and a wireless microphone for speeches. If your venue already has a sound system, a DJ-only option is available for less. The final price depends on your hours, the venue, the guest count and any extras such as dance floor lighting. Send your date, venue and finish time and we will come back with an itemised quote.
Our minimum booking is four hours, which suits most birthdays and engagement parties. That usually covers background music while guests arrive, speeches and the cake, and a couple of hours of dancing. If the party runs long, extra time is charged by the hour, subject to the DJ's availability and the venue's curfew.
Yes. Before the party we ask for the songs and artists you love, anything you do not want played, and any songs for particular moments such as an entrance or the cake. On the night we mix around that list and read the room, so the music suits the guests who are actually there.
Yes. We keep the music current for the guest of honour and their friends, and include enough well-known songs to bring parents and family onto the floor. A wireless microphone is included for speeches.
Yes. We play backyards, patios and living rooms as well as venues. We need access to power, a covered and level spot for the equipment, and an idea of the space so we bring the right size sound system. It is also worth letting us know about neighbours or a finish time, so we can plan the volume and the last part of the night around it.
A 20% deposit secures your date, and the balance is paid before the party. Payment is by bank transfer. The full booking and cancellation terms are set out in our terms and conditions, and we are happy to talk through them before you book.
Yes. MC support is available as an add-on and covers structured announcements and smooth transitions between the key moments. For a lot of corporate events and milestone parties, one point of contact handling both the music and the microphone is simpler than coordinating two suppliers who have never worked together before.
Setup timing is agreed with your venue during the coordination stage and is built around bump-in access rather than a fixed rule. We arrive with enough margin to set up, sound-check, and test microphones before guests arrive, so nothing is being adjusted while the room is filling. Pack-down happens after the event at whatever time the venue requires.
